The remodel was great. Just bring back the sun canopy for customers and have one for the Free Air check station. Especially during hot days in Rancho San Diego. Courtesy water (small cold bottles) would be a great welcome during hot days.

The Discount team at the Jamacha store in El Cajon, went above and beyond during my two visits on the same day 3rd May 2025. My Lexus ES 350 had tires spin balanced and rotated all in under 40 minutes. Later that same day, I purchased a life time spin balance and rotation service for my Acura RDX. After the purchase, Carlos asked if I like to do a quick spin balance and rotation while I was there. He said it would take about 30 minutes. The team serviced my vehicle in under 23 minutes. My wait time was longer than expected. Had an appointment but they seemed to take in walk-ins faster. Don't go there if you have new nice rims because they will grind and scratch the crap out of them. Too many rookies it looked like. Looked like a high school. I should have known better because my son worked there once.

All the team members there were so helpful to the customers. You can tell they go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Andreas was great. Knowledgeable, kind and communicative!
