I've been coming to this store for years. I've always been very satisfied with the work they did on my cars.

Started out nicely, turned to a longer than quoted wait but in the end Discount acknowledged the error and made it right.

I made an appointment via phone two days prior to coming into the location. Upon scheduled arrival i was greeted kindly and professionally. There was no hard sale tactics to upgrade from my chosen tire product. I was in and out of the store under 30 minutes - it's to your advantage to schedule service appointments two / three days before coming to the store for a faster turn around time. I couldn't be more pleased with my customer experience at this location - kudos to this team per this location - my sincere thanks and gratitude.

Unfortunately they installed the wrong tires on my car. I purchased the tires online and when they said my car was done, the cheapest tires they offered were installed on my car. They were going to let me drive away with these. When I said they weren’t the one I purchased they said ‘whoops you’re right’ so I waited again for the correct tires to be put on. Manager said the installers aren’t scanning the tires like they should so this probably happens more often.
