Due to a indicator light showing up on my car, I inspected my tire and realized that I had a screw embedded. I contacted the Lexus dealership where I purchased my car and subsequently purchased the new tires on my car within the last 15,000 miles and was subsequently told that the warranty was no longer valid for road hazard repairs. Pretty frustrated I decided to stop in at discount tire. The shop was very busy, but I was pleasantly greeted by the person who ended up assisting me, Jason. Jason, the service/ sales tech was so nice and polite. He took me to my car did the basic inspection and then instantly told me that my tire was repairable and that discount tire would do it for free. He then let me know about the integrity of the company, in business for over 60 years and how they will basically help out anyone, even if you didn't buy their tires. What a wonderful ray of light and honestly can't say enough about how much I appreciated this experience. Honestly, I have to say that after this experience, I will never buy my tires anywhere else. And I really hope that when I go back to buy tires, I can purchase them from Jason. He was a true gem and I think the spirit of what the company sells as their value proposition. In today's world, it was just so reassuring to go have such a wonderful customer service experience and I will be letting everyone I know to go buy tires at discount tire Pacific Beach and ask for Jason.

I was stuck on the road with a flat tire and made it to the store on Garnet Ave in Pacific Beach. They fixed the flat tire free of charge, and I was able to go back to work. Thank you very much. They really saved me.

I am sr.citizen and arrived still frightened from tire blowout while driving alone .. all staff were reassuring, calm, clearly explained my options and what was best for safety , given my car is 2001 Lexus. The speed of checking all tires for wear and alignment was appreciated. Spare tire checked and replaced in trunk. Overwhelmingly smart, kind, attentive staff. And good pricing.

Every time I take one of my vehicles to this location, I am always greeted regardless on how busy the store is. There is never any point where I am forced to buy outside of what I want. They discount tire family welcomes you to be part of their family. One of my favorite things is that they communicate very well with me. If there is a delay in the work, or there is a problem they call me immediately to discuss the situation. When they are with you, from the start of check in to completion, you are the priority!

Kamaehu, Robert & the entire team did a fantastic job, from assessing my exact needs to installation. Someone came around regularly to update me on how much time each phase was going to take, and stayed true to their estimate on total time to get me back on the road, which I really appreciated. It actually took less time than I expected. They were also very helpful & exceeding honest in their assessment of my Alignment report - technically I could have used one, but I was told that my specs were near enough to perfect that they didn’t recommend that I spend the extra money at this time to get one, which I thought was very forthright of them. Highly recommend this location, and Discount Tire in general… I have been a customer for 30 years and that will definitely continue!

On her way to work, my daughter found a nail in her tire. While on the phone with me, I sent her directly to the closest store to have your guys look at it. This is first interaction with such a problem and the employee looked after her like a professional.
