About Our Tire Shop

Welcome to Discount Tire in Plaza Ranchero Penasquitos. We’re located on Carmel Mountain Road right off of Route 56 (Ted Williams Freeway) next to Genie Car Wash. Visit us for your complimentary air pressure check and inspection.

We specialize in new tires and rims. Our on-site experts perform precision services, including wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. 

Watch us service your vehicle from the waiting area in our showroom, where you can take advantage of free Wi-Fi. If you prefer to shop or grab something to eat, several shopping and food choices are within a short walking distance, including Sushi Hana, Stater Bros., Domino’s Pizza, and Armstrong Garden Centers.

Sergio was a great help ensuring I got assisted with my tire issue while on a vacation. He provided options for us to help with the time crunch I was in. The store also patched my tire with no issues and I made it back home safely!

Great Service -- Book your appointment on line for prompt service -- no wait and on-time deliver. Attention to detail and they explained what they did. My TPMS needed to be reset and they took care of it quickly. Great place to have your tire needs taken care of. Fixed two punctures previously and worked me in with no appointment -- that is customer service!
