He provided exceptional service and helpful advice while assisting me with selecting new tires for my son's Camaro. David was not only courteous, but also took the time to thoroughly explain all of the options available, ensuring I made an informed decision. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly appreciated.

My son recommended to me that I should order the tires online and schedule the appointment this was on friday night and they give the appointment saturday morning at 11:15 am by 11:30am car was ready. Very professional people . Very happy customer.

My visit was set up through an appointment on their site. Showed up a few minutes early, they took my appointment when I got there rather than making me wait, my car was in and out of a tire change in just short of 30 minutes. The job looked well done and I was very pleased with my experience

Rotated and balanced my tires in 5 minutes in order to get me out by promised time. I don’t think the job was done at all. I had to complain to get car taken into service bay when someone who arrived after me had car taken back immediately. Yes I had an appointment and yes I scheduled it online

The team at the store is great. I came in with a problem and they were able to take care of it quickly even though I arrived After 5 PM. The team has helped me with all cars I owned. Three of them I sold in the last five months and I’m down to one car and will see have a second car. My second car will get service from the same location. In fact, my next car which is not been purchased yet I’m buying some aftermarket wheels and they told me they’re preferred installer is Discount Tire. They will have my wheels sent there.This is great Because I’ve been to other tire shops and can’t say the same Discount is the best go there and you’ll see why!!
