This is an amazing auto servicing business. The employees are warm, welcoming, professional and helpful. They make recommendations but do not pressure to purchase anything. From the person who answered the phone, to the person who took my information and inspected my car, to the person who delivered my car to me, it was a wonderful experience. The store employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to make an appointment online. They send you text messages ahead of time with the link that you can reschedule, which I actually did several times. There were always plenty of days and times to pick from rescheduling an appointment. I had an appointment Friday at 8:30 AM. I was in the store 35 minutes and my truck was finished. Like all Discount tires it gets really busy mid morning to mid afternoon. I would book an appointment anyway seeing how fast I got out of there at 8:30 AM. I recommend the earlier the better. Overall, exceptional experience very happy.
