My son recommended to me that I should order the tires online and schedule the appointment this was on friday night and they give the appointment saturday morning at 11:15 am by 11:30am car was ready. Very professional people . Very happy customer.

After years of buying in discount tire these my first bad experience. Don’t even with appointment and getting 20 min earlier don’t help at all! I can believe a rotation and to check my tire pressure would take one hour and half and after waiting so long they said you need new tires, they supposed inspected my tires before the service,and people that came after me they got service before me that’s just not right! Very disappointing in San Marcos location!

Don’t buy the warranty. It’s consider a courtesy by management if you actually need to replace a tire, and not because you paid for a warranty.
