New Tires and Wheel Store in San Marcos, CA 92078

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire on Grand Ave in San Marcos, and I especially want to recognize Cirilo and David for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely helpful and professional. I brought in my son’s car with the spare tire installed, and they took the time to inspect all four tires, the spare, and even the wiper blades. They then walked me through several tire options based on the priorities I gave them, with absolutely zero pressure to upgrade or spend more than necessary. That lack of upselling is huge for me and made the entire experience feel honest and trustworthy. Because of the service and guidance they provided, I ended up purchasing four new tires as well as a new spare. Cirilo and David communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Thanks again for the great customer service. I would absolutely recommend this Discount Tire location.
