Very easy to buy tires online and book appt online as well. I would encourage everyone to book online as I was in and out in less then 45mins! I definitely recommend Discount Tire in Santee, CA. A great team of employees that treat all customers with respect.

Every time I walk into your Discount Tire showroom, the service is always the same, excellent. I was greeted with friendly people.

I visited for a tire rotation. My tires were not cross rotated as standard for non directional tires. They were rotated front to rear only. I was disappointed with only that but you can't find a better store. I don't believe the service representative was aware as I wasn't until the next day. Catch on the next rotation!

The Santee discount tire location took my walk-in request at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon when they closed at 6:00 pm. They had my rarely in stock tire size and completed the work 10 minutes before the estimated completion time of 6:30 pm on their progress tracker. I was very pleased with my experience when I was looking for two tires in a particular size in a hurry. Thanks, Santee crew!

The manufacturer’s warranty was not considered during the inspection and actually told to my wife that the tires did not have a mileage warranty I called the store that installed the original tires they installed and was informed they they did in fact have a manufacturers warranty but my wife was told by some one at the store that they did not so I considered this as a failure of your company to honor the warranty

Whether you are going to get your tire pressure checked, or purchasing new tires, the staff at Discount Tire is always friendly and helpful. I have been there when it was very busy and they remained friendly and helpful! I will not go to any other tire store.
