I had a kind gentleman named Sean help me right when I walked in. I was a bit stressed because I had discovered a screw in my tire earlier that day. He immediately put me at ease and I felt like I was in good hands. I can't think of anything that would have made my experience any better. What a wonderful team you have at this location. Best prices and service regarding tires. Just became aware that they do wheel alignment and at a great price. I buy all my tires at Discount and appreciate that they do free tire rotation and air pressure checks.

Based on my most recent experience, I would not recommend this store. On the phone, they were helpful. But in store it was the opposite. It was as if I didn't exist. I was told it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes to have my tires put on my car. After 2 hours and 20 minutes I had to find an employee to ask the status of my car only to discover the work had been completed for some time but no one told me. I wasted at least an hour sitting their lobby when I could have gone back to work. This is unacceptable.
