New Tires and Wheel Store in Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

I can't say enough about how great and extremely helpful the entire staff was. We experienced a blowout on our 5th Wheel that damaged the suspension on the trailer while traveling down I-70. We were about 20 miles west of Glenwood. I changed the the tire and put the spare on. While driving back to Glenwood, the spare failed. We called the store, they set up the full replacement of all 5 tire over the phone. They set us up with a new wheel and spare and one of their team drove it out to us. When we arrived att he store they replaced all of the other tires almost immediately. They also helped us locate a mobile mechanic to repair the suspension. Since we could not really move Matt was gracious enough to to let us stay overnight in the parking lot. The next day we got the repairs done and while thanking Matt we were informed I-70 Westbound was closed due to a wildfire. Long story short we spent a second night as a gust of Matt and his team. I really can't say enough about Matt and his team. When we really needed help he was more than gracious and helpful. When I need tires in the future, I may just be driving back to Glenwood Springs just so I can work with this team.

Everyone there is nice, professional and knowledgable.

They put the wrong tires on, then they put the wrong ones on again (size and model were different, each time I didn't realize and drove home), then they installed one with the pressure system skewed. I finally walked out with what was purchased but it took two days consuming a total of around 5 hours (not including my drive time there and back two additional times).

Wait times can be a bit long if/when they're busy. True even if you've made an appt online. But sometimes things happen that can't be helped, and the staff always hustles to get things moving. Nice that they always honor their price match guarantee - it pays to check around, esp with things like tpms sensors etc. Been buying all our tires here since the store opened, and never had a bad experience.
