I had a good experience getting this set of tires. I had called around and I got the best response from the people I talked to at the shop I went to. I ordered the tires on line and they followed up with a better suggestion on the size. I had no problems and really appreciate the work that they do. I'll be back for the next set I'll need.

I originally had made appointments at two other tire stores to get my tires balanced, after 4 hours of waiting, one said they could not balance them and the other said it would take them a couple of days and I would need to leave my vehicle with them. After leaving the second one, I stopped by your store on S. Kipling, I was helped by Scarlet who was extremely helpful and polite, they had my tires balanced in less than thirty minutes and the cost was significantly lower than the other two stores had quoted me. Discount tire’s will definitely be my choice in tire stores from now on. Thank you Discount and thank you Scarlet.

This store is poorly managed and there is no reason to make an appointment as they don’t get you in any where close to it. You have to remind them several times to bag your tires even when you note that on your account. Choose a different location!
