I had a blowout that tore up the tire. AAA had it towed to this store. We got there about a half hour after the store closed. One employee, I believe it was Logan was just leaving, but took time to talk to me. He returned into the store and Mark (the manager) came out. He took my keys, asked for some simple information and said I would get a call in the morning. The store opens at eight. At eight thirty I received the message that my truck was ready to be picked up. Great store, Great. employees, Great customer service. I recommend this store and Discount Tire across the United States. Fast, Caring, Professional. I trust them completely

Great employees very helpful won’t shop anywhere else

The warranty certificates have gotten expensive. $176 for 4 tires. I bought snow tires 11/25. Sorry, its my fault it didnt snow this year. I bought more new tires 3/26. I asked if discount would swap them for me in the future since I bought both sets of tires here. For $100 is the answer. I kind of wish after paying $352 for warranty certificates on 8 tires, they might swap them out for me. I guess I'm missing the point. Maybe I'm a whiny Karen here, but I might shop somewhere else and keep my $352 next time.

I've been a long time customer of this store and always received great service. On a recent visit, I realized after getting home that I seemed to have been charged extra for five tire pressure sensors. My car only has 4 wheels folks. After weeks went by, I finally filled out the online review. Within 20 minutes, my phone rang, and it was Mark at Discount Tire, who had actually read my review, and called to correct the mistake and offer me a refund. Incredible! I don't think I've ever had someone at a business call or email me to respond to an online review, let alone within 20 minutes. Kudos to Discount Tire. I'm a big fan!
