Daniel was amazing. Even though I ordered my tires on discount tires website, Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He also took my rear wiper blade off which I couldn’t seem to get off myself. He quoted me it would take them an hour for the job which they got done in less time. This was the best experience I have ever had getting new tires.

I came into the store at the very end of the day with an emergency flat and no spare tire. The two gentleman that helped me were very friendly and understanding of my situation. This is my regular store but to come in with an emergency at the very end of their day...I felt bad but again, they were so kind and understanding. I really like this location, my experiences have been positive each time and I highly recommend them for your tire needs. A HUGE thank you to them, and I sincerely apologize for not remembering their names, that day was a bit of a blur. THANK YOU!

Always have a great service experience here! They rotated my tires and repaired a slow leak that was caused by an embedded screw. I will always get my tires from Discount Tire!

I have had great service experiences at this store. On my most recent visit, I had a flat tire that they determined was not repairable, but after checking the records, most of the replacement cost was covered by Road Hazard Insurance. The tire was replaced and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Great service from the Discount Tire team!

Your survey needs to have comments about wait time and booking ahead of of time, not just knowledge rankings. I booked an appointment but it didn't affect my wait time at all. I still had to stand in a line waiting for others to be helped. One other note, your final quality checks could use some help. I got wheels swapped out on my scheduled appointment. When they were done a shop guy brought it up front and gave me the keys and walked off. I did a walk around and noticed that the team only put valves caps on half the tires and didn't install the center cap correctly on one wheel. I walked back to the shop area to get a couple of valve stem caps and went home to fixed the center cap issue myself. I didn't feel like standing in line to for another 30 minutes then wait even longer to have you fix sometime you should have caught yourselves. None of this is a major problem, just areas you can work on.
