I ordered online had an appointment when I got there. It was very busy because of the snowstorm, but they seen me very quick and got me out of there and a decent amount of time.

This was one of the best tire experiences I have had! From the guy I spoke to on the phone to set up a next day appt to the people in the store. Everyone was kind and went above and beyond. No one talked down to me as sometimes happens in car places to women. I really had a good experience!!

I recommend this store to everyone I know. While some appointments go longer than planned (even with online booking in advance), when you see these guys in motion, you get why. They defy the laws of physics! They zip around at 500mph and are never anything but friendly and accommodating to their customers; I always work from the lobby while waiting, so I've gotten to observe a good amount. Staff are great no matter who is there (i.e. folks I've come to know over the years or ones that are new to me), and any time something goes wrong, they go out of their way to make it right. After years of supporting a mom & pop shop, I switched to Discount Tire and won't be going anywhere. Keep up the great work! This place exemplifies business done right - automotive or otherwise. As an aside, I'm a gearhead born and raised around cars, and they are trustworthy with even an exotic sports car. I don't say that lightly and really appreciate it. It's hard to find! Corporate, give all of these guys a nice bonus!

Ordered our tires online to be shipped to the store made the appointment online so when we showed up, Brandon was waiting for us to come in and he was very courteous and quick.

I have purchased several sets of tires here and have gone for tire service many times. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Many tire stores I have patronized in the past seem to get overwhelmed by the often hectic nature of the business, but these folks don't and I appreciate that. It's always been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
