Discount Tire repaired a lawn mower tire for us. It seems normal for them to help solve tire problems of any kind. I have never found this kind of service anywhere.

I have been a DT patron for many years and travel all across the country and Canada. DT has always been very supportive and helpful. I like the fact that DT is nationally recognized and respected. I also have my family enlisted as members with DT from FL to CA. When it comes to tires I have found DT to be the top shelf BEST and very consistent across the country. In a world of tire stores that give you the run around and try to up-sell you - THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I purchased two sets of tires from this store and will use them in the future. The store is always clean and the staff knows their job. Nobody jerks my chain trying to sell me something I don't need or want at a price I can't afford. Great customer service!

I booked my service and appointment onine. They sent me a service tracker so I could tell when my car was in the bay and when it was completed. There was an issue with my rims and the manager had to go to a different store to pick up replacements for my car. I appreciated the fact they kept me informed to the delay.
