New Tires and Wheel Store in Clermont, FL 34711

The store is basically clean but the bathroom is a wreck. It needs to be rebuilt and properly cleaned after that.

Did not get any receipt. Printer was out and called them next day. They emailed me a receipt explaining the charges. Charges indicated were very ambiguous and had to go back to the store (25 miles)) and have them explained them to me. The receipt and no actual written contract after $1250 spent on 4 new MICHELINS AND NEWCWIPER BLADES (3). Need to address each charge and should be mention before work is to start. I am a repeat customer for over 20 years with my wife’s car as well. The charges are so confusing and they had the wrong mileage mentioned. The mileage indicated was 54,000, when I only have 14, 237 miles. Big difference. Wow! Need a better written explanation of each charge. BTW, having previous receipts from prior business shows they are faded numbers. No more bold black prints. All faded!

The folks at the Clermont store always provide great service. I never have to wait long to be served, they always finish the job in less time that they quote me up front, and the work is high quality. I use this store for all my tire related needs and highly recommend it.
