I’m 60 years old and have bought a lot of tires. This was by far my best experience ever at a tire store. Professional, knowledgeable, and on time personnel. Couldn’t believe how polite all of the employees were and was even more surprised to be in and out with four new tires in under an hour.

Erik and team are terrific. I drive from Tampa because of their outstanding service and professionalism.

They do an excellent job balancing my Porsche's new tires, and they take care not to damage the wheels doing so.

Top notch team, competitive pricing and trustworthy. This location made my tire and wheel buying experience easy and answered all questions over several days as I was trying to select the right combination for my vehicle. All pricing was honored and no hassle. Even keeping my old wheels, this team loaded them in the back of my truck and insisted that I relax while they did it. I have used this store before and while those experiences were good, my latest was the best.

Third appointment for the same issue and the TPMS that was installed still does not work.

I would like to recognize Nicolas and Justin for consistently taking excellent care of me. Every time I come in, they are professional, knowledgeable, and make the experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight a newer team member, Warren. I absolutely loved the way he approached me, he was confident, clear, and knew exactly what he was doing. I actually asked him how long he had been there because I was so impressed with his confidence, and I was surprised to learn he had just started. That speaks volumes about his professionalism and training. The entire team always treats me with respect. I truly feel like family when I walk in, and I never feel overcharged or taken advantage of. That’s why I continue to return, excellent service every single time.

I only wish there was a store in Tampa. It is kind of hard to fathom a store not being in a large city like Tampa. However, this store is great and worth the drive. I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago and it already had a screw in the tire. The dealership wanted me to pay up to 400 dollars for a new tire. I drove all the way to this store and they fixed the tire for free. They also offered me insurance/warranty on all four tires since they are new.

Had new wheels installed on my 2000 Corvette. The team at the N. Lakeland store went out of their way to ensure that my wheels were swapped , and the new rims mounted with the greatest of care to ensure no damage to my stock rims or the new ones. Always a great experience at this location.

I have purchased tires before twice on other cars. Always excellent service & respect.
