The tires were mounted and on my car fairly quickly.

Wes helped me out big time with purchasing my tires and made sure I was in and out that day, in an hour as promised. All the guys there were busting their tails with the heat out there and still making sure our vehicles were done on time. Bless you all of you there for your hard work.

The Whole Team was amazing. My wife and I had purchased a used 2013 Mecedes E350 with 35,750 miles on it and the rear tires where new but the fronts, although having 65% of their tread remaining, were 8 years old. I ordered new front tires via the Discount Tire website and was easily able to track the shipping progress and they arrived right on time for my appointment. The neat part was the guys doing the install of our front tires asked me if I would like them to check the balancing of our rear tires and also, rotate them, all at no extra charge. I thought wow, that would be awesome! In my opinion, Discount Tire is the perfect place to go when you're ready to........ dare I say...... "retire" ha ha!!!

Purchased my new Michelin tires at Discount Tire in Mt Dora, Florida and I'm completely blown away with the customer service and great experience I had with Discount Tire! Your business experience just won me as a lifetime repeat customer. I got there and was greeted friendly and my truck had new tires installed within 25 minutes, key fob in my hand! Unbelievable experience and I told the installer as I was leaving that was the fastest I've ever had new tires installed and he said "that's what we do here"! Told my Dad when it's time for him to get new tires, he's going there!

Fast efficient service for tire rotation and balance, including air pressure check

The installer was competent and the facility is clean. Just two minor complaints, hence only 4 stars. New tires were inflated to 35 front and back. My BMW’s pressures are clearly marked on the door jam at 32 front and 35 rear. Excess mounting lube was on tires. A good cleaning after installation would have been a nice touch.
