Discount tire team was very courteous, respectful professional, fast, and efficient at servicing my vehicle and getting all three of them back to me in a timely manner that maintaining their schedule every time I go to one of the discount tire locations they have always provided except for service and this location in Ocala did not disappoint as most tire companies are malicious in the advertisement on the level of Customer Service that they offer however, discount tire has always maintain and held a high standard of customer service. The team is amazing.

The first one was Joshua and je was very professional and knowledgeable, je made me realize that I had ordered the wrong tires and was able to order me the right ones and made me an appointment for the next day, which I really appreciated it. Discount has always done great with balancing so I decided to run by this location to see if they could get my 37s smoothed out before driving over 1000 miles home. Sure enough they did, reset tpms and specific pressure I had and even shined up my tires. All in a timely manner! A+

Got a tire on feb 17 an paid cash in hand. Days later I had a manager called an say supposedly I used my card an that the money went bck on my card after I continuously checked my bank statement and told him I can go to my bank an print off my statements to show I never used my card he said no an asked about my mileage and so forth an so on which at this point I already had my car for days. Feel like I’m being accused as I lier or something weird as if other employees are pocketing money.. I actuallly loved that place until that happened because I got proof an don’t like being called a liar.
