The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me select the perfect tires for my car based on my driving habits and budget. They offered a variety of brands and clearly explained the differences in performance, price, and durability. The installation process was quick and professional. I appreciated that they took the time to balance the tires perfectly and check the alignment to ensure my car would run smoothly. They also pointed out some useful maintenance tips for extending the life of my new tires. Another thing that stood out was the competitive pricing and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. I felt like I was getting a great deal without sacrificing quality. The waiting area was comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Discount Tire. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable work! I’ve stopped at this location twice now to repair air loss in my tires, first time they replaced the tire due to a screw in the sidewall, second time was a small nail and was plugged, all for free because I purchased the extra warranty for my replacement tires, so my recommendation is purchase the extra warranty when purchasing new tires, I’m glad I did! Great people work here!
