Be aware - checking out online clearly states that tpms rebuild/repair is included with tire installation cost, however this is not true and deceptive. They will only replace the valve stem even though website says tpms rebuild. Be prepared for additional cost after you get to store. Seems a bit dishonest, and this should be made clear under their description of services included in tire installation cost.

I recommend using the website to set an appointment if at all possible. I was greeted quickly once I got to the store even though they were obviously quite busy. I figured it would be at least an hour or more, judging from the amount of vehicles in the parking lot, but since I had an appointment I was in and out in slightly over 30 minutes total with 4 brand new tires. The customer turnover was very quick even for walk-ins. There was an individual who came in while I was there who needed a tire repaired and said loudly more than once that she could not wait long because she has a broken back. Every time the employee offered a suggestion she would say "that will not work, I have a broken back". The employee offered to look at her vehicle to see if it was safe to drive, which it was not. He did not get frustrated with her rebuttals, but met the customers need without inconveniencing anyone else in the process. The staff operate like a well-oiled machine at this facility. I will need 10 ply tires for my truck in the next 6 months and I will be coming back to this store for those.

The store manager is knowledgeable, personable and treats customers very well. He is a great listener! Employees make mistakes, but Store manager makes it right and over compensates for their errors. Overall, excellent value and professional service. Recommend this store at Durbin location.
