Our family has been Discount Tire customers for more than 20 years, first in Colorado and now in Northeast Florida. Our most recent visit was an emergency situation and our vehicle was ready less than three hours after it was towed in without an appointment. Discount Tire's prices are very good, and its customer service is excellent, We always recommend getting the warranty on the tires for the no-charge rotate and balance. We have dropped into several Discount Tire locations while travelling and always were treated extremely well. We would never but tires anywhere else.

The website was easy to navigate and made it simple to schedule an appointment. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable. My car is driving smoothly with new tires on it and the cost didn’t break the bank.

Had a great experience here. My vehicle needed service that was not provided here. The technician showed me what was happening and there recommendations. I appreciate the honesty. It was very surprising that they did not charge me for anything. Don't get that too many places anymore. I appreciate the technician, as the repair needed is quite expensive especially finding the replacement part.

No nonsense, great value and customer focused.

I'm a loyal Customer. I will keep coming back. My advice to leadership is to increase the number of bays and have a dedicated repair bay. There is no point offering extended warranty service and free flat repairs if a customer has to wait over 2 hours for a 10 minute repair.
