I had a nail in my tire and had to make an unplanned visit to have the tire repaired. Even though the store was very busy, they were able to get me back on the road over an hour before the quoted time that I was given. I've always had great service at this and other locations for repairs and purchases. I find that purchasing the certificates for tire repair are totally worth the price and I unfortunately have had to use the services a number of times. Repairs are fixed with patches, not plugs which is the proper way to repair a tire. They also rebalance the tire after the repair. I'm a very satisfied customer of Discount Tire and will continue to purchase my tires with them.

Everyone there was great! :) Devin, who helped us, explained everything and got us a great deal on 3 tires and a good used tire for a spare. Our fourth tired was fairly new from Discount Tire in the spring. Thanks! :)
