I had a very good experience at Discount Tire. From the moment I arrived, they diagnosed my tire issue quickly and kept me updated with convenient text messages throughout the service, including letting me know when my vehicle was ready. Fernando and another young technician (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were both professional and courteous. The technician who initially helped me came outside, inspected all of my tires, listened carefully to what I wanted, and respected that I already knew what service I needed. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure me into buying additional services. Sometimes customers already know what they need and are working within a budget, and it meant a lot that he respected that. They installed my spare tire and replaced one of my front tires. The only mix-up was that I had asked them to keep my old tire so I could use it as a spare, but it was accidentally moved with the discarded tires. Once I reminded them, they quickly located it and made sure I got it back. After leaving, I noticed my vehicle wasn’t driving quite right on the interstate, so I turned around and brought it back. Even though they were extremely busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they got my vehicle back in, found the problem, and corrected it. While the wait was longer than I would have liked, I understand they were very busy, and they made sure the job was done correctly. The waiting area was comfortable, and the location is excellent. Since it’s surrounded by places like Publix, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and Hungry Howie’s, it was easy to grab something to eat or run a quick errand while waiting. The only thing I wish was different is that tire prices were a little lower, but that’s not a reflection on the staff. Overall, the team was friendly, professional, honest, and committed to making things right. I appreciate their fast, courteous service and would definitely return to this Discount Tire location.

The attendant provided us shelter from the rain before we entered the store on a stormy day. The sales attendant recommended tires they had in stock at a LOWER price than what I was originally trying to purchase.

Experienced blowout on road trip. Fortunate to exit Interstate near Discount Tires. The service was exceptional. We were back on the road within two hours with two new tires on a busy Saturday morning. "10s" are not enough to describe the incredible service and treatment we received.

Let me start by saying when I see 5 star ratings for things I always want to question it but this is not the case. I wholeheartedly give this location 5 stars for my experience here. From the moment I arrived to when I left I was not only treated with professionalism but honesty. What I was told was accurate and they kept me updated and my process every step of the way. They understood what I needed within my budget and never tried to push things on me. If you’re looking for tires for your vehicle I’d recommend this location, I’d also recommend setting an appointment online it made getting new tires a breeze, zero hassle. But this was my experience but don’t just take my word for it, give them a try and see for yourself.

I very much appreciate that you processed myself and my car immediately upon arrival. A full evaluation of my car tire wear, including my spare, the air pressure sensors, and a plan to remediate my problems was done on the spot in a few minutes before even entering the store. When I entered the store, tire options were already waiting for my choice. The technician who waited on me was knowledgeable, offered great advice, set the time to accomplish the work, and finished 12 minutes ahead of the estimated time. The prices were great, the experience was surprisingly great. I would recommend Discount Tires to anyone without hesitation. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff. Was a walk in on Saturday morning with many other customers waiting for the store to open. Had immediate service, problem was diagnosed and shown to me within 10 minutes. Service was performed and I was on my way home in less than 45 minutes. It was a far better experience than I expected and I am very pleased with the service I received
