Very helpful and efficient. Called for emergency tire repair (screw in tire) and not only did they repair tire without charging, but they also cleaned my tires and wheels from 1,500 miles of driving to Florida. Must be because I had told the associate that I was from Canada, eh?

I drove in for a tire inspection, knowing that I likely needed new tires. Senior Assistant Manager Vito Rauseo honestly discussed with me my tire replacement options, discounts available, 6-month, no-interest credit card option. He did not pressure or try to up-sell me. I bought 4 Yokohama’s for my Civic. The work was done in an hour. I recommend Rauseo and the Weston store.

I was very satisfied the first time—the tires were very well balanced. However, this second time the work was unprofessional; the yellow dot on the tire did not align with the valve, so they had to use a lot of weights to achieve a balance, and I am now feeling some vibrations.

Service is quick easy, I went in there for a replacement on a back tire due to a road accident , initially I was going for one but since it’s RWD I ended up getting the two back tires. replaced, the guy at the front was persistent with me getting all 4 replaced I assume they make a commission or a percentage of the replacement + which is fine it’s his job, untill his comment about me ending up in a ditch on the highway again, it’s not professional to joke about someone else’s misfortune, I didn’t appreciate that comment whatsoever I would like to come back here again but after that I doubt it.

The psi was too low on the warranty rear tire. They found a nail and rebalanced the patched tire. Then rotated the 4 tires within a half hour. The servicemen were all courteous and acknowledge the work order from start to finish.

Second visit, I was pleased at the continued benefits from my set of tires purchase a few months ago. Clearly this company does it right!
