Ethan at the Powder Springs location was phenomenal! My son went in on 7/14 for a tire rotation. Ethan accurately advised us of our car's tire condition. Even though our tires weren’t old, they weren’t wearing properly. Ethan’s knowledge and helpful attitude led us to purchase a new set of 4 tires to safely transport my son to college and back. I had bought two tires from the Acworth location. After install one of the tires was out of round. After a few attempts to make it better, I went back in to have the tire swapped out. That’s where Ethan took personal interest and made it his mission to resolve the problem. He immediately reordered both tires to make sure there wasn’t any problems going forward. That was great customer service! The tires arrived the same day, and then I met Jacob! He did a great and meticulous job installing and mounting the tires. He was very through and knowledgeable about the tires for my German car and their mounting process and procedures. Now I have a smooth ride again! Thanks again to Ethan and Jacob for their great customer service and technical expertise!

My experience at Discount Tire was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous, just as they always are. The showroom was clean and welcoming, and the customer service was second to none. I have to admit, I purchased tires elsewhere the last time because I knew I needed an alignment and chose a competitor. However, when it came time to buy tires again, I knew I was coming back to Discount Tire because nobody beats the level of customer service you provide. Ethan was especially amazing. After having a TPMS sensor replaced, my warning light never relearned and continued flashing even after driving all the way to Alpharetta. I brought my vehicle back the next day, and Ethan quickly identified the issue. He took full responsibility for something that had been missed the day before, fixed it immediately, and by the time I drove out of the parking lot, the TPMS light had stopped blinking and was completely resolved. It’s rare to find a company that not only provides excellent service but also stands behind its work and makes things right without hesitation. That level of accountability and professionalism means a lot. Kudos to Ethan and the entire team. I would gladly recommend Discount Tire to anyone, and after this experience, I can confidently say I am a customer for life. I won’t be straying from Discount Tire again!

I have been using Discount Tire for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is courteous, and professional, and they always greet you with a smile. They make me feel as if I’m very important and I don’t get that kind of service everywhere these days. Jacob assisted me 4/22 and 4/23/26 and I appreciate him for getting my problem taken care of in a speedy manner.
