I have been using Discount Tire for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is courteous, and professional, and they always greet you with a smile. They make me feel as if I’m very important and I don’t get that kind of service everywhere these days. Jacob assisted me 4/22 and 4/23/26 and I appreciate him for getting my problem taken care of in a speedy manner.

This is the customer service experience you have been waiting for! I have not seen another company that goes nearly as far to earn your business and make sure you are happy. I utilized their 30-day ride guarantee on a set of Goodyear tires, which rode much harsher than the old Hankook tires. They swapped them out for no cost, even though the new Hankooks were more expensive than the Goodyears. I have purchased two sets of tires for one car, and one set each for two other cars. I even bought trailer tires for my utility trailer here, and have been completely satisfied in every instance. Their pricing is competitive, and they match competitor pricing if you can find one lower - I could not. Every interaction I have with this store ends in my complete satisfaction! If you are not happy, they are not happy and will make it right for you. They have earned my long-term business.

Mitchell is great the young man that helped me on Saturday and actually all the employees there at discount tire on Cobb Parkway in Acworth are great young men. That’s the reason why I have been going there to that store since 2006.

As always, a great experience. In and out very quickly. This was probably my 10th tire purchase at Discount Tires.

Everything was better than expected. The only thing I wished would have been different is I actually had bad wheel bearings on both fronts that weren't diagnosed. I didn't mention it to anyone? Because I thought the noise I was hearing what was just a bad tire.But ultimately, it turned out being bad.Wheel bearings which I replaced myself. I will give them some grace because it was a very busy friday and they were working very hard to get everyone out as fast as possible
