New Tires and Wheel Store in Alpharetta, GA 30004

I’ve been coming here for years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I find they have one of the best prices around for tires. My only negative this time around was that when I got in my car, there were black fingerprint markings on my driver armrest and chair. I have light colored fabric, not leather, so it can show stains/smears rather easily. However, it can easily and quickly be cleaned up. Coming into a car with black greasy stains was not cool. I wish they would’ve clean the very noticeable stains before returning my car back to me.

This was my first visit to this location to have a new set of tires installed. I had a scheduled appointment and was quoted about one hour by the sales representative, but the service ended up taking a little over three hours. When the work was completed, I noticed that three of my four rims had been scratched fairly badly. To the staff's credit, they took responsibility for the damage and offered to replace the rims once the new ones arrived. About a week later, I returned to have the replacement rims installed. Once again, the customer service was friendly, and the wait was under three hours. I also asked to keep the original rims, and the employees kindly packed them and loaded them into the back of my car, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like much care was taken while loading the rims or handling my vehicle. When I inspected my car before leaving, I found a large scratch on the rear bumper that wasn't there before. At this point, the repeated damage has become very frustrating and disappointing. The customer service has been excellent throughout the process, and I appreciate the staff taking responsibility when issues occurred. However, greater attention to detail and more care when handling customers' vehicles is clearly needed to prevent damage like this from happening.

I scheduled an appointment, but it was still a very long wait of over an hour. One of the issues I asked to be addressed was not addressed.
