New Tires and Wheel Store in Alpharetta, GA 30004

I have been a discount tire customer for over 20 years. My experience has been consistent: fast, courteous, careful, and experienced service. My rims have never been damaged during maintenance. They have a high-level of customer service other businesses rarely duplicate.

I like this store and employees. Always very helpful. My only recommendation is that Discount supply their stores with a 1/2 drive wrench. More new high end cars have center lock wheels that require a manual 1/2 inch drive. Your stores are missing out on a lot of business with high end cars. I have a 2025 Porsche GTS with center lock wheels. I prefer to buy new tires from Discount but am required to go to another tire deal for tires. The only 1/2 inch drive at Discount is a heavy duty 1/2 inch impact wrench that would damage car wheels. It is only appropriate for truck wheels. Other than this. They are an outstanding store.

Needed to order a tire and was able to get it delivered and installed on the same day. Staff were all super helpful.

The Alpharetta GA location is always exceptional. We’ve been taking our cars here for years. I stopped by on a work holiday just to get an inspection and they ended up having the tires I needed in stock, on sale too, and at two hours prior to closing they still got me taken care of. They also now have an alignment machine which is awesome. One less appt to make after getting new tires. Keep up the great work Alpharetta!!!

They overbooked appointments, resulting in a two hour wait. Poor management.
