Although it can get busy, the wait is manageable, and I appreciate the calm atmosphere in the waiting area. I wholeheartedly recommend this location, especially with Starbucks conveniently next door. They remember me because I was upset when I got back into my vehicle and noticed they had not done what I had already paid them to do. Now they apologized but I really didn't care to here it because I was getting ready to travel.

I booked my appointment online and paid for my tires and windshield wipers online also. I was so impressed with the efficiency of this shop. I was out of there in 30 minutes!! No upselling and didn’t have to wait in line to check out. I’ll be back. Loved my experience.

I strongly recommend the Austell Discount Tire store. The level of service and professionalism they provided is rare. I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment on their website and that was fairly simple. They called to let me know they received the tires. I appreciate that they met the expected end time for completion of installing my 4 tires. Caden and Ray whom assisted me, were courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
