The staff is friendly and have excellent customer service. They were thorough in inspecting my tire, addressing my concerns and giving recommendations. Even though the wait time was short, iwas still updated throughout the process. I will be back for future tire needs.

If you foresee needing anything for your vehicle, schedule an appointment. I was moved to the front of the line and was in and out within 30 minutes.

Considering the whole store Lobby was under construction and they are working out of a portable office, they were doing the best to work with what they had. Only negative comment is when I went to have my new tire reinstalled once I was told it had arrived, went to the store and tire was MIA.

I initially started coming here because my mom has been a customer at Discount Tire for a while and loved the warranty on the tires. I decided to also use Discount Tire for the same reason, and I have definitely gotten my money’s worth. I have horrible luck with flats and have run over nails 4 or 5 times in the last few months. Every time, I just make an appointment online for the Buford location. I have always received wonderful service when I go. They are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. At other places I’ve been to, I always feel like I’m being talked down to because I am a young woman. I’ve never felt that way here, and that is extremely important to me. I’ve never felt like I was being upsold or scammed, either. All of the employees seemed happy to help and my visits have always been smooth. Not to mention, even when they’re busy, my car has never been completed late. In fact, I have almost always gotten my car back early with zero issues. Overall, I love this location and will happily continue to work with them. Would definitely recommend Discount tire to other people.

Always professional, great people and no lengthy waits.

Best tire experience. I was only there for a flat repair but asked how much they would charge to replace the same tire as a dealership’s quote about made me fall over. Turns out about the same for that exact tire, but he told me why the tire was so expensive and for other customers with 21” rims they suggested a different tire. Not once did he try to get me to buy these tires instead of the flat repair and for THAT REASON I will be back when it is time for a replacement time and time again.

Excellent staff and customer service at this location. Even though it was close to the store closing time, they help my wife with a flat tire replacement on our van. They were a life saver!
