I was in Atlanta for a wedding and picked up a nail in my tire. Discount Tire fixed my tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I live in Asheville, and we have had a tough time lately with the effects of Hurricane Helene. The great service I received from Discount Tire was a welcome ray of sunshine.

Every person I dealt with from the gentlemen on the phone the day before, to the associate who checked me in, to the technician who gave me my keys/car was stellar! I will definitely be coming back. Also the facility was spotless and had plenty of wifi so I could check in with work while I waited - which was less than 30 minutes!

I have been using this location for a few years, and it has almost always been a great experince. The store is always clean, and the staff helpful. They almost always get me in and out quickly even when I don't make an appointment.

I think this is the best customer service I have ever had. You can't beat being met in the parking lot and my car going right into the bay. (I had bought the tires and booked online.) They recognized my car as it drove in parking lot and met me before I had turned my car off. 20 min in and out for full 4 tire change out and switch out the spare. And they know how to drive a manual transmission- I always cringe watching other people try to drive my truck. But these guys knew what they were doing. 6 of 5 stars.

I came in with a screw in my tire. I made a reservation online but actually ended up arriving 10 minutes early and got in 5 minutes earlier. I was delighted when it was explained to me that if it was repairable without replacing the tire there would be NO CHARGE. The shop seemed very busy but my vehicle was dealt with promptly and I was sent on my way. Thank you for your high quality of service.

I called another location in Cobb and the person that answered the phone was short and curt when I inquired about a discount. I told him I had spoken with the corporate 800 number office and gave him the price I was quoted. He informed me that he could not give me a discount on the current quote and he was the cheapest around. If I could find a better price I could get back with him. I kindly ended the call. I reached out to the Peachtree l location and immediately was offered a 80.00 discount. The employees were exceptional and service was prompt and I was extremely pleased.

This location has some of the best service I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend booking online because it really does shorten wait time. Both of my tires were installed in less than 20 minutes! The staff are so friendly, informative and make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend!
