New Tires and Wheel Store in Conyers, GA 30013

I moved recently and went to this location for the first time this year. I have put tires on 3 vehicles from Discount. I had a man named Kyle that appeared to be a manager on something similar. He was great! I normally dread tire shops. The shop was quick and professional and also friendly.

The store is clean. The employees are professional. Good website. They are loyal to their customers. I've purchased several sets of tires there, but recently one of my vehicles had a flat tire....a new tire on a new vehicle. Those guys fixed it for free even though they didn't install the tire. I'm loyal too....a month later I took same vehicle back and purchased 4 brand new Michelin's because of their courtesy.

I usually visit Discount Tire for all my tire needs but after my experience today, I will not be returning. I purchased a set of wheels for my vehicle and did not like them after they were installed. I requested an exchange for a more expensive set where I should have only been charged the difference between the sets but I was overcharged. The associate, Mitchell, started out as friendly during the process but when I noticed a discrepancy in the amount I was billed for the difference between the two sets, he was very rude. My husband sent me a copy of the receipt that Mitchell printed and when I called him to let him know I was overcharged, he stated "Call your husband because he has a breakdown of the price because me explaining it to you over the phone will never make sense." It didn't make sense because he overcharged me and when I called back to speak with a manager, Mitchell magically found the mistake and refunded me the amount I was overcharged. I'm very disappointed in the level of service received for the amount of money I just spent with Discount Tire. I do not recommend.
