Also, the associates were INCREDIBLY KIND at this location (Market Place Blvd, Cumming GA)... like, these are SUPER nice people. VERY helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. I worked with two different associates (one over the phone, and one in person at the store). The prices I was quoted (and paid) I felt were reasonable. Levi, the associate who helped me, was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and made me feel honestly well taken care of. ​Quite honestly, he understood my needs better than I did​. He offered suggestions on how to best solve my issue (even though one of them didn't pan out at no fault of his ow​n), and sent me on my way spending a bit less than I had expected to. I will not hesitate to visit this location again for my next tire needs and will further recommend Discount Tire to anyone I know who needs the same.

Simple tire balance was done incorrectly and tire weights literally fell off as they pulled up to curb for me to leave. They apologized, pulled back into bay, and mentioned there was a new tech that made a mistake and had 3 different people doing to work. They mentioned the tech used the wrong type of tire weight for my tire. Glad I caught/noticed the issue. Another customer also witnessed as well. The tire balance would've been way off, potentially causing uneven wear. Not a huge deal, but the entire service was awkward and I've lost confidence in this store/company. These tires were bought at this location. The original front desk guy that sold the tires was solid, as is the store appearance and company vibe. I replied to their initial email survey and never heard back. Since I didn't hear back, I decided to do this additional survey they sent. I will go back and give them another chance, but they need a better foreman or QC guy in the service bays- IMO. "Tire" is in their name. I like discount tire, not discount service...

I’ve been a customer of DT at this location since.they opened. I’ve bought numerous tires from them and dealt with Matt, the manager, for many years. I have always had great experiences with them though the years. I highly recommend them.

Simply the best tire installation experience. Zach was engaging and knowledgeable. I recommend using the website to book an appointment. I was in and out in 40 minutes!
