The service was fast and they were very nice considering I had to do a walk in but my tire was flat that morning. I was able to drop my SUV off and they had it ready in the time they told me they would. Considering how busy they were it didn't take as long as I thought it would.

Keith and every Discount Tire employee I encountered were very respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was acknowledged upon arrival. The wait time was appropriate, and I was kept informed of my vehicle status until the tire rotation and balancing service were complete.
