New Tires and Wheel Store in Fayetteville, GA 30214

I find this store to be one of the better discount tires that I’ve been to the Help was great. Ryan was exactly wonderful. I would always recommend you guys going forward to all my friends. Thank you again for all that help in the prompt timing that it took you to get my tires on good luck and have a great holiday

Very friendly and helpful to my tire needs

Overall very pleased. Just a few suggestions. The lobby music was too loud. This is a tire store, right? I like my music loud but it was just not the right place. One thing that needs to be addressed. I specifically asked about the valve stems and sensors when we came in to inquire about the tires and was told they would be replaced. We paid and our tires were ordered and to be installed two days later. Just as a confirmation I asked again and was told no they would not be replaced and we had to pay another $252+ to replace them. Why was this not disclosed when we paid two days earlier. It was certainly disappointing to find we had to spend another $252+ on top of what already paid. This almost became the deal breaker and I almost requested a refund to go somewhere else. I decided to let it go but someone needs to understand full disclosure. Lastly, we know Discount Tire is not required to clean the new tires but it could have been done before they were installed on the car and that would have been excellent customer service. Instead we drive off with white crusty looking tires and ended up spending the rest of that afternoon cleaning the crust and removing the old weight stickers off the wheels. Overall as I said we were glad the tires were on. Discount Tire if you want to really make a difference and get better than the competition that is literally within a 5 mile radius this is how to do it. Thanks.

Discount Tire came highly recommended to me from a friend and they did not disappoint me. I ordered my tires online, I make my appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment it took me less than an hour to have my new tires installed. All the employees I interacted with were very polite, caring & professional. Discount Tire in Fayetteville, GA is going to be my tire store from now on.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GONE INTO NTHIS STORE, THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME AN ACCURATE TIME OF HOW LONG THE WAIT WOULD BE AND THE FACILITY(including the restroom) IS ALWAYS CLEAN. Sorry for the caps.

Love this location. I am a ride share driver so I am here more often than the average car owner. They ALWAYS leave me satisfied. Great service. Great quality. Have and will continue to conduct business with this specific location. I love my Michelin defender 2s
