If you want the perfect mix of professionalism and prompt service, this is your destination. I’ve had two visits so far, and there will be more to come. For transparency, I’ve booked an appointment online both times, allowing me to make my own decisions ahead of time. On arrival, I was greeted immediately, gave them my name, they found me instantly. The shop was slammed, yet my car was getting new shoes within 15 minutes. I’ve never felt overwhelmed or pressured to make decisions, yet I’m always informed of potential needs or next steps. I’d quickly recommend Discount Tire to anyone who asks.

I didnt have a appointment when i went to the kennesaw location, but they accomodated me and took care of my tire issue

Brad and Trey (Assistant Manager and Store Manager) are friendly and knowledgeable. Since I track my cars, I am a frequent flyer at this store. It is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend Kyle (tire technician) if you have really wide tires. He handled my 335 rear sized tires with ease. Probably the best that I have seen. And his co-worker, Dawson, did the front 285's equally well. Nice job, guys! Gives me confidence when running at 180+ MPH at Daytona!

I booked an appointment online for 1:15 on a Saturday as I cannot make their weekday hours work due to my job. I arrived at 1:00 and checked in and was told it would be done around 1:45-2:00 at the latest. At 2:20 after having watched 2 people who checked in after me receive their service, I approached the desk and asked if my car had been forgotten about. When I told them my appointment time was for 1:15 the representative rushed to say I was next. My car was finally pulled into the shop at 2:25. They rotated my tires but did not balance them, but by the time I figured that out I just had to take it somewhere else. I appreciate that they offer free rotations as I do not have the equipment to do so at home, however if you are going to offer the service, the techs need to fulfill the service. It took less than 5 minutes to get my car in and out of the shop and I had to wait over an hour and a half because they either forgot about my car or just didn’t want to do it. It’s poor customer service. Especially because I booked online as they suggested to cut down on my wait time and I was there longer than any of the other people who came in after me who also stayed in the shop to wait for their service.
