I would have given this store 5 stars, but they have since moved Jacob to another location, and it seems the staff's care has diminished with him. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday afternoon for installation on Friday afternoon. The appointment was for four new tires (Michelin tires costing $1200). I arrived at 3:45, and by approximately 4:15, I was told the store only had three of the four tires. I had several options at this point, but since I was leaving town the next morning, making another trip to the store wasn't feasible. I could have bought a different set of tires (why lower the mileage rating?) or waited for the employee to go to another store and return in an hour. I chose to wait. Finally, at 6:00, I left the store with a new set of tires. Inventory discrepancies happen in warehouses, I understand that. But wouldn't you think they would have checked if they had four tires in stock before I arrived? Especially with 24 hours' notice of my visit? I also asked for them to place the best 2 tires in the back of the SUV….which they didn’t. I realized this when I got halfway home. I've had tires installed at Discount Tire before and never faced issues, but this time, it was different.

I arrived at the store more than 30 minutes before they open and parked at opening time. I got out of my vehicle and walked towards the door and Brandon came out and greeted me immediately took my information. I was very impressed. They noticed that I was the first customer in the parking lot and made sure the service me first. The only issue I have is I went in for a tire rotation and when I got back into my car. I told the associate hey two of my tires are over inflated based on the notification my car was giving me and the associate told me they had put all four tires at 42 psi and the sensor would go away after about 15 minutes of driving. The next morning, when the tires were still showing too much air, I went to another tire place and asked them to check the air pressure in each tire. The two tires that were alerting were at over 50 psi. They only ask I have is if a customer tells you their car is alerting to immediately check what they are saying. I don’t think the associate meant any ill will however if I had not followed up on my own and got the PSI checked, I could end up with very damaged tires and a potential blowout. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness, and the time that it took to have my services rendered I will be back to this location for services.
