I brought my vehicle to Discount Tire for a set of 4 new tires, and the installation team blew me away. They were friendly, professional, and lightning-fast. My car feels amazing on the road. I will absolutely be back for my future tire needs! Highly recommend this crew!

Listen to the customers put them in the order of that that they call so they can be seen with me two of my major jobs is me and my car 24/7 if I stay on the road I have two jobs where I'm a driver and I have people in my car all the time so therefore with them not doing what they're supposed to they're putting me and my riders and danger by not listening to what needs to be fixed on my vehicle and taking the time to actually do what they need to do this is not the first time I've had this problem this is a continuous problem I guess because I'm a female they do not like to listen to what needs to be done I have warranty on all my tires but yet I still have to pay money out of pocket to keep the warranty which makes no sense I have three tires that are on my car that are still messed up they are peeling which I have never seen before and they're replaced one tire because a screw went in and went out they never did tell me about it until after they had taken the tire completely off the rim they never even showed it to me when I looked through the window I saw one of the employees taking my tire and slamming the rim and tire to the ground for what reason I have no idea when the tire was already flat yeah I've got to get better about this my first set of tires that I got from y'all didn't even last 6 months this is the second set and it lasted 9 months and now I'm already having problems again but no one is wanting to fix what the warranty is supposed to cover y'all just want to do a patch job instead of changing the tires that are all under warranty

Good experience buying tires

Staff members are very nice and they offer their assistance.

They put my mew tires on. A horrible noice been coming from my wheels every since. I called them and took it up there he told me it was my rotors or break pads. Absolutely not!!! Took it home. Heard it more. Found out it was a dust cover on back of the rotors that if hit lr bent or moved out of place can cause it to rub and scrap the rotors. How didnt they know this. They did it. Its an easy fix. All they have to do is push that cover away from the rotors. Im taking it back. This is ridiculous.
