Great service, efficient operation

Great knowledgeable staff and easy buying and installation process. This is why I buy all my tires/wheels from Discount Tire.

I had an appointment for 2:15, finally got into the bay at 3:00. An hour later the rep comes to get me and tells me he has bad news....they dropped one of my custom rims and damaged it (but offered to pay for the repair). At 4:30 they finish and bring me to my car. I noticed a lugnut about 10 feet behind my car. Upon closer inspection I realized it was mine and had fallen out of one of my tire wells. Then I noticed they didn't put the custom lugnuts on (as directed when I arrived). The put my car back in the bay, swapped the lugnuts and 10 minutes later I had my car again. At this point it was downpour raining. As I sit in my car I began to wonder if they gave me back the box of my old lugnuts (for the other set of rims/snow tires). I hop out of the car, check the back seat area and the trunk. No box of lugnuts anywhere. I go back inside, the rep takes me to the bay and we find the box of lugnuts. Once I got home I counted my lugnuts and was missing one. I was also missing the "lock" to the custom lugs they just installed. Fortunately I went back to the store and was able to retrieve the missing items. Everyone was nice enough, just patently incompetent and unorganized.

Joel did an amazing job helping me find the wheels and tires for my vehicle. I am so excited for the new wheels and tires. Pricing was very competitive and the service was great. I will be back again.

They fixed the problem, and they were polite and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them highly.

After purchasing a set of 4 tires for a Lexus RX 350, after leaving the store the low pressure tire indicator was on. I brought it back to the store. After analysis it turns out 2 sensors were bad. While they agreed to correct it, it took almost 2 hours. This should have been caught by the original tire installer. On a positive note, there was an issue with the Yokohama tires I originally ordered. I was upgraded to some Michelins. Store agents are very courteous. Excellent knowledge of the product.
