Excellent experience and service buying and having my new tires mounted.

James was very helpful with our new tires. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best tire for our car. Scheduling our installation was easy and the shop was on time and very clean. Everyone was very helpful and they got the tires installed quickly. They sent messages and let us know when the car was done. This is our 2nd set of tires we’ve bought from Ammon Discount Tire and we’ll definitely buy from them again!

Your employee tried to tell me that the slight cupping my new KO3 tires was caused by worn suspension part or alignment He did not look at my suspension parts They are all new I told him that if it was out of alignment it would show even wear around the tires and the suspension can't cause it either It was caused from the tires being slightly out of balance when I bought them I asked him why he would even bring that up since Discount Tire doesn't even do alignments and he said they are going to start. I also hear another employee that was buying 2 tires for her vehicle, she wanted the new ones on the front he told her the the best ones should go on the back Totally wrong , especially with winter coming The best tires should always go on the front You don't want to get a flat on the front and not be able to control the vehicle. Maybe Discount tires should spend some time training their workers Still a great place to buy tires

I had newly powder coated rims for my Challenger, they took great care to assure there was no damage in mounting them, thanks for excellent service. I love the new Cooper tires so far!

I am so thankful for all the friendly workers at this store! After getting a flat tire while traveling with my disabled daughter on a cold day, I was stressed and worried. It may sound silly , but it made me tear up when Porter handed me my keys and said they fixed it no charge. I thanked him and Monica, and gave them both a hug. Kindness still exists!
