Jared was amazing!! He checked and double check my issue and came to ask me for clarification and was an absolute rockstar and got my problem solved in a couple minutes and got me on the road so i could get back to my family who was a several hour car ride! THANK YOU JARED!

Their knowledge and experience in customer is unequaled in the industry. If they do make a mistake, they don’t come up with excuses but take care of the problem quickly. I won’t go to any other tire company. I am retired, but I have run successful companies in the service sector and business.

Early morning 8am appointment to replace all four tires. They had my vehicle in and out within 25 minutes of my arrival. Fast and professional. They pointed out any potential issues including worn wiper blades. I will be returning for any future business on my vehicles. Thank you!

Despite usually being busy, they are polite and make sure they're doing it right. I appreciate them asking me questions if they have concerns and went the extra mile to make sure the job was complete.

Discount Tire has consistently provided me with fast, friendly service. Their staff is knowledgeable and I especially appreciate Jared and Matthew for helping to get my tires replaced in a pinch so we could safely make a last-minute 1,000 mile road trip. The clean and spacious waiting area was nice too.
