I like the store and the service. My only complaint is that they stopped putting a rotation reminder sticker on the windshield. You dont get any paperwork anymore either and there’s no way to access the info online. I asked the store manager about it. He said “It’s too expensive.” Really? I would be willing to pay an extra dollar for the sticker. I think the free rotations are the real reason. No reminder equals less rotations, more tire sales.

Been going to the Elgin Store for years. Always great service. Not pushy, have never tried to oversell or push me into services I didn't request. Last 2 sets of tires were mounted in 30 minutes & 25 minutes! Will continue to use this store for all my tire needs. Have recommended to friends, coworkers & neighbors!
