Employee was very accommodating and we compared recommended tire selection. He explained the pros & cons of the tires, asked me questions about my driving habits, where I do the most driving, weather concerns I have about tire performance. He recommended a tire and gave me a complete "out-the-door" price for all four tires being replaced. He told me the "perks" of buying at Discount Tire ex. Tire rotation, free tire repair, etc. He also went out and inspected the problem tire and the rest of the tires before we started looking at new ones. He noted my tires were 9yrs. old and told me I was well past the recommended replacement time of 6yrs. I also want to give praise to the two young men who checked my tire in the days previous to my purchase. Both were very nice and showed concern. On the second time I came for a tire inflation, the young man checked my tire valve, and visually inspected my tire, to see if he could see anything piercing my tire. I told him my tires were the originals that came on the car, when I bought it, so that's probably the problem. I might add, that the car shop area was also clean and organized. All in all, these things add up and explain why I've been coming to Discount Tire for the past 14 years. Keep up the good work Guys!

I should have bought tires with Discount tires but made the mistake of going to Blains farm and fleet. I won’t make that mistake again. That place was a joke, Discount tires will see me from now on. They know what customer service is. Spent a short time there for repairing a tire that had a nail in it and they also rotated my tires. They did an excellent job, they will always get my business. Everyone at this location was very polite, professional, outgoing and efficient. Craig kept me well informed throughout my time at the shop and he even met me outside as I was walking into the building from my car. I will definitely return to this location the next time I am in town and in need of a service they can provide!!

Fast and friendly service for over 20 years .there the only tire store I use

I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Discount Tire and this visit was no exceptional. Daniel was courteous and knowledgeable, he helped me be sure to get the tires covered under the $100 coupon, and they are very good tires, and my vehicle was in and out in the time he stated. I will happily recommend discount tire and this location in particular!

Not really sure if it makes a difference to have an appointment or not. Waited almost 1 1/2 hours to have a tire fixed, and that was with an appointment. In the end the tire was fixed and we were on our way.

Josh and the guys really care about customer service, despite being absolutely swamped with other customers.

I had a complete flat tire. Not able to go anywhere. I was immediately instructed to park my car and go inside. It was a Saturday and they were extremely busy. I was with my daughter and felt completely overwhelmed. The service technician Robert, assured me that everything was ok. He came out and assessed the tire. He showed me the tire map of where it can or cannot be patched. Explained the options. Gave me an estimated time for same day completion. He was very assuring and courteous. I haven't experienced such positive costumer service in a long time. He even waited for me after the store was closed for me to pick up my car because I had to work that day and I was getting off work later. I could not be grateful enough!!!!

Look I tell everyone about Discount Tires they always stand behind their tires they always help you when you come in there to make the best decision sometime it may not be the decision you want to make but if you go online take your time pick your tires out and come in there with a little knowledge of what you need and what you want they're get it done thank you

4 new tires mounted and balanced in less than 30 minutes! Impressed and happy

I got a flat tire on a rental. I couldn't wait for roadside assistance so I put on the temporary spare. I found a Discount Tire (where I always purchase my tires from) 3.2 miles from my hotel. The next morning I arrived 5 min after they opened and they had the flat fixed and on the car and they put the temp spare back and had me out the door in 45 mins. I am a customer for life.

Good guys there. I’m there enough they know me by name. Been a repeat customer since the store opened and I no longer had to drive to Homewood. On the few times I’ve had an issue, they always took care of the problem.
