What the point of having appts (which are supposed to expedite service) when they take car to bay 5 minutes after the time they quoted would be finished. If they were that busy. ( I told them I had appt )if they couldn’t serve me in the time quoted I wish they had informed me. I would have simply rescheduled

The experience here is always extraordinary, everyone is so friendly, down-to-earth, and eager to genuinely help and take the time needed with you. I've purchased my rims before and my tires recently and I can say for a fact that it is very worth your time to come here to deal with true professionals. I simply called inquiring about how soon i could receive a set of tires that showed to not be in stock, and put my down payment over the phone which Spencer made super simple, and they were available the next day! With such a tight schedule I appreciated this immensely. I got communication via call in the morning that they were ready and the gentleman on the phone even explained the benefit of checking in/scheduling through the website which i ended up doing and got it done that day! Even when I was getting my tires installed a gentleman came out and pointed out to me that one lug nut is refusing to get out and actually gave me options which I appreciated a lot. I was expecting to be here for 2 hours minimum and was out the door in about an hour! The whole team at the rockford location is stellar!

Employees all seem very happy and willing to help customers with their tire choice options. I was politely greeted immediately and offered help with my decision making. The store was neat and clean which was impressive for a tire shop.

Been a very long time customer with the DT store on Perryville and Fincham in Rockford. Only slight downgrade I'd give my experience was I'd hoped the car would have been finished sooner after the new tires arrived in the store. Otherwise nice people and good service
