Excellent service long after the sale. He noted the amount of tire tread that was left and let me know what to expect. I needed a flat repair. Made an online appointment but decided to drop tire off early while I ran some errands. I was greeted quickly and professionally. They post some educational signs around the waiting area so you can better understand how they determine if your tire is repairable, I liked that. I left my flat there and received a text 22 minutes later it was done. Instead of waiting until my appointment time to start, they treated me like a walk-in and did it immediately. Overall I had a very positive experience, easily 5 stars for customer service. And the repair was free.
