This is my second set (4) tires from this location. I've been in for air and tire rotations and now a new set of tires. Each and every time I have received prompt and professional attention from the staff.

Discount Tire has the best service around with free tire balancing and rotation and even if you have a flat tire, they will fix that too for you. They provide these services for free to anyone that comes into the store even if you did not purchase your tires there, but I should say I hope everyone buys their tires from them with free services like that above why would you even think about going anywhere to else to purchase your tires they are simply the best in the business!

Excellent store I have never had to wait more than one hour. Very knowledgeable, the best experience in Columbus.

I brokedown and was towed there. They had to get me a tire that they did not have in stock. When they went to mount the tire and saw that the rim was bent. I do not have a spare, so they said they would try to see if they could get the tire to hold to the rim. they mounted it and put it on the car and said that it was holding. I was able finish my 2,000 miles trip and return to Texas. Jesse P. was great to work with.

Another great visit to Discount Tire, this time a new set of tires for my ageless Toyota Highlander. We had to initially hunt for the tires online and have them shipped in from another store. Then had to overcome a bit of a communication lapse (old phone number on file) in order to schedule the visit, but we persevered. The store does get busy (for obvious reasons), so waiting in line sometimes can be awkward, but the experience more than makes up for it. Efficient, well mannered, and professional staff. You leave feeling good that both the product and the services rendered were value added. Salute!
