While the wait was longer than expected it was a great experience. The store was super busy so I knew it would be a long wait so I don’t fault them for the wait. Everyone was super friendly and professional and knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was I was promised a time that past the store’s closing hours and while it took longer than my estimated completion time I was very very thankful for them staying open after hours to work on my vehicle. I really really appreciate it. Always have had great experience with Discount Tire. Thank you!

I pulled in with no appointment because I was unsure when I would be near the west side location. I had a slow leak that I had aired up a few times. After explaining my problem the counter employee said " no problem, we will get you in before we close". (I showed up 45 minutes before closing and he informed me it may take that long) I really appreciated the fact that I was taken with no appointment. The technician found and pulled a nail out of my tire. He repaired, balanced, and remounted the tire on my SUV. The counter employee said "no charge" because I had road hazard warranty from when I purchased the tires there. Four employees asked if I had been taken care of during my visit. The employees at this location are AWESOME!! I highly recommend this location!!

After getting my tires rotated and a sensor replaced, I drove to my studio. Before arriving to my destination, one of my huncaps flew off of my car. This is the first time this has ever happened in over 9 years of being a customer. There's no remedy for this mishap and griping online is my only recourse.
