New Tires and Wheel Store in Fishers, IN 46037

Purchased my replacement tires on line, made an appointment to get the work done the same time. In and out in about 45 minutes. Never any problems at this store. Also did my own research on tires based on my driving which is less than 5,000 miles annually so bought something that fit my needs and budget perfectly.

I booked my appointment online on their website. Everyone I encountered at this location were very friendly and helpful. Kept me informed and were done much quicker than expected. Definitely recommend this location..

The Olio Road store is outstanding! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

Staff was friendly from greeting to wishing me a good day. The time was a little less than an hour for 4 new tires and alignment. Had a good deal around the new year. I will use again.

I only use the Olio location because it’s convenient. The stores employees are generally courteous but lack attention to detail. Often times I’ve had to go back. Tire balancing is not their sweet spot. I’ve had to take 3 vehicles back 2 times to have tires rebalanced because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. They have forgotten to put center caps back in my cars twice. Most recently, I brought my 4-Runner in to have a set of new tires mounted and asked to have the white wall lettering facing outward. I asked the technician twice to make sure they did not forget and when I picked the truck up, of course they forgot. Now I need to go back. Today was first time I’ve driven it on the highway and the tires are horribly out of balance so I also have to go back to have them balanced. I am likely done with the Olio road Discount Tire location. I’ve given them a lot of $ over the years.
