It was simply outstanding…the best service I’ve had in any automotive-related shop or store…ever!

Absolutely fantastic service

Great service. Gavin and Dustin both are great. I watched as they both handled being swamped as just another day and made each customer feel as though they were all that mattered. I'll absolutely be recommending them.

This is hands down the best Discount Tire location in the area. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, prompt to serve and will work with you without hesitation in special circumstances (such as when you've purchased tires that go on sale a week later). The service department is very quick and thorough and I've never experienced any pushy sales attempts (albeit, I've usually known exactly what I want when I've visited the store). The store is clean, accessible and very low traffic in the mornings (8am) and steadily increases as the day progresses. And, if you have to wait and prefer a Starbucks, there is one right across the street within walking distance with a cross-walk. My most recent visit involved service required on a faulty valve stem on a tire less than two months ago - they had me in in under 5 minutes and out in under 25 minutes. If you want reliable tires, great service, phenomenal warranties and good recommendations (or confirmations that your choices are sound) this is the location and staff that you want to work with! They stand behind their products and their service.

I always use Discount Tire and have never had a bad experience. This time, he was able to look up my tire history from 3 years ago and find a warranty that allowed the tire to be changed for free. This wasn’t even the tire that had a leak, but he found bubbles when he looked at all of the tires! It was a busy day and I was in and out in less than an hour, and I truly think making an appointment online helped that wait time. My tire that had a leak was patched up. I feel confident getting back on the road and know that I’m always taken care of here.

I used the check air lane. Found damage to tire. Employee offered to change to spare. There was no charge. I really appreciate the check air lane. Such a relief for someone who doesn’t know how to check or put air in. Employees are always courteous and efficient.

The gentlemen who assisted me were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They got me out sooner than expected. We will definitely put them high on the list when it comes time for new tires.
