New Tires and Wheel Store in Lawrence, KS 66049

I've run into issues with multiple tire stores in town--a directional tire put on wrong direction; a rim that was rusty and they didn't sand it down or tell me it was a problem so tire leaked; lug nuts way over tightened and I could not break them loose when I had a flat; a manager not wanting to give me credit for tires not making it to the guaranteed mileage rating because the "tires are really small and go round and round more" (yes, seriously, said that, I laughed, called regional manager, got credit); bought 4 new tires, told them to put one of my old tires on rim in the trunk for a spare, they didn't do this, I went back the next day and they had sold it, gave me a tire that was older and with less tread. *I have not had one single problem with Discount Tire!* I have purchased multiple sets of tires from them. Everything has been done correctly and in a timely fashion. I've even gotten credit towards a damaged tire on my horse trailer at a Discount Tire store in another state.

My tires, which were special ordered, arrived ahead of schedule. They were installed promptly and correctly without any issues or drama. They appear to be of great quality and are much quieter when driving than the tires they replaced. Carl and Wyatt (and the other staff members) treated me with courtesy and respect from start to end. Everyone there treated my vehicle like it was their own, which I greatly appreciate. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional products and services. I did purchase new lug nuts and an alignment. Unfortunately, both were necessary for the continued safe operation of my vehicle.

Such wonderful associates...so friendly and knowledgeable. I was confident that my vehicle was being taken care of by the best staff. Thank you so much!

Even though the time that I was there that store was extremely busy and from what I noticed every single person that came in there got waited on and the guys in the shop busted their butts. They did a quality job and a great price on the tires discount tire is definitely my go to tire store.
